Throughout last week, our residents at Lukestone Care Home enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and they were very proud of solving them.
We had a variety of images including a beach, cliffs and nature, which our ladies and gents really like. This week we are going to try some harder ones with more pieces!
On Saturday afternoon, we enjoyed a variety of target games including, tin can alley, darts and throwing bean bags at targets. Everybody loved this activity so much – we had so many winners and our star player Brian won a prize for his amazing aim!
On recent sunny days, our residents have enjoyed spending time outside in our garden, joining in with activities in the fresh air such as football, rugby and throwing games. Our star athlete Tess really loved taking part.
