Throughout the last week at Lukestone Care Home, residents have enjoyed lots of gardening since we had warm and sunny weather – the perfect opportunity for them to get outside and get some fresh air.
Brian and Betty had great fun potting the flowers into individual pots that we later hung on the fence in the garden, which worked great to liven it up with an assortment of colours.
Ellen preferred to plant the flowers into larger pots which we placed outside the Home for everyone to enjoy. It was so lovely to appreciate the nice weather and improve our garden!
