We’ve been enjoying singing Karaoke here at Lukestone Care Home! Our microphones are great for singing duets and it’s brilliant to see some of our residents really getting involved.
Some of our ladies have also helped to cut vegetables for our delicious creamy courgette soup. They enjoyed eating it with a piece of toast. It tasted even more delicious as we made it!
We ended the week with an arts and crafts session when our residents enjoyed making colourful spring flowers from paper. We tried lots of different flower designs and they look so effective!
It’s given us all the feeling that spring is definitely on its way!
