On Tuesday 28 February, singer Harvey Harris came to Lukestone Care Home and swept our residents off their feet! He made us all move with his soulful voice putting on a fantastic performance.
Later, Harvey sang a ‘Happy birthday‘ song for our resident David who was back at Lukestone after celebrating with his family. The ladies held on to his hand for a dance as the birthday wishes came flooding in. He had the biggest smile on his face as we took pictures.
David had his birthday cake the next day in our main lounge where we sang and wished him a happy birthday once again, as he cut his cake. He thanked our residents and staff for the celebration.
