Throughout the week, we have been working on making our September/autumn display board with our Lukestone Care Home residents.
Our ladies and gents have been extremely helpful and all had a different, important part to play in making it come alive.
Betty assisted in choosing the colours, painting and cutting out the letters spelling ‘September’, whilst some of our other residents painted leaves in different autumnal colours – lots of reds, oranges, yellows and greens.
Residents also helped Wiki from our Recreation and Well-Being Team by imprinting their hands in paint onto paper. These were then used to make a tree display which looks wonderful.
Now we a have a stunning display for our residents and their families to enjoy.
