Here at Lukestone Care Home we take love seriously and it was an opportunity for us on Valentine’s Day to not only share our love with our partners, but also to reflect on what love really is.
In our thoughts was the love we shared with our late partners, the love we show to ourselves by practicing self-care and the love we have for our friends!
We organised a coffee morning when we served cakes made by our lovely Chef Ellie. We also gifted roses to our ladies and welcomed our very own ‘Cupid’, singer Kevin Walsh, who sang beautiful love songs.
What a lovely way to celebrate love!
