On Thursday 4th April, our residents from Lukestone Care Home took a trip out to Polhill Garden Centre to have a look around the plants and gifts on offer – including an impressive mother and baby elephant sculpture which caught our eye.
We all enjoyed a good lunch at the Polhill restaurant, where jacket potatoes were a particular favourite!
A super outing was had by everyone and we look forward to returning soon.
