Our residents really enjoyed their exercise session on Friday 7 October here at Lukestone Care Home.
Betty challenged Linda to a tug of war with the resistance band; Betty won – Linda was exhausted!
Violet declined the invite for a tug of war, but she thought it was hilarious watching Betty and Linda!
Great fun and great exercise!!
