Linda braves the shave for a good cause
Saturday 13 August marked our annual Summer Fete here at at Lukestone Care Home and we incorporated a very special fundraising event to raise money for an Interactive Dementia Table for our residents.
This amazing interactive table will help elevate our residents’ mental and physical engagement, while enhancing their sense of well-being and facilitating digital inclusion for all.
As part of the fundraising, Linda from the Activities Team kindly offered to shave her head to raise an even bigger sum for the Dementia Table.
