On Wednesday 7 August, our ladies and gents here at Lukestone Care Home in Maidstone made a delicious coffee cake. Everyone helped prepare the mixture before serving it up as a choice of dessert at lunchtime.
Everyone really enjoyed it – one of our gents liked it a little too much and almost sneaked a cheeky lick of the spoon!
