Last week some of our residents from Lukestone Care Home took an outing to Leeds Castle and had a lovely time together.
A stunning location and fantastic blue skies, the group had a wonderful time, taking in the views and stopping for mid-morning tea and doughnuts. The castle itself is one of the most visited historic buildings in Britain.
A highlight was a boat trip which took them around the lake, followed by a delicious lunch together in the restaurant. They took lots of pictures and everyone really enjoyed the whole experience.
And as luck would have it, their tickets last for twelve months, so they can make as many trips throughout the year as they want. A great investment!
