Here are some glimpses of our lovely residents at Lukestone Care Home doing their morning fitness session.
They participate in gentle exercises, movements with resistance bands, balloon exercises and cycling. Our ladies and gents really enjoy the cycling and some like to read a newspaper whilst they are peddling!
Our newspapers are delivered by a lovely man whose name is Ali. He is 92 years old and always walks down to Maidstone West train station early in the morning to collect the newspaper so it is delivered to our Home in time. What a lovely man! Our Home gave him a little thank you gift at Christmas time and he recently gave us a card to say thank you.
