Carol singing
We led our Lukestone Care Home residents and staff in singing jolly Christmas carols in our main lounge on Wednesday 21 December.
We handed out the words for our residents who could not see the television screen and our staff joined in with all the fun as everyone clapped and sang in their seats.
Marlene could not help but jump and dance with us when she heard ‘Jingle bells‘! Her dancing brought joy to all our residents watching who could not help but get excited looking at her having fun!
Nail care and hand massages
Our residents enjoyed a nail pampering session on Boxing Day.
They were excited to have their nails painted and many of our ladies leaned towards clear or bright colours as their preference, enjoying a hand massage with vanilla scented cream.
The perfect way to relax after all the fun of Christmas!
