On Friday we enjoyed ‘Music for Health’ with our residents at Lukestone Care Home.
We brought down lots of musical instruments to our lounge including tambourines, maracas and more!
It was so much fun as all our staff and residents joined in to make music together, playing our instruments along to our favourite sing-along songs – ‘Sweet Caroline’ was by far our residents’ favourite!
Other songs included ‘My Bonnie Lies Over the Ocean’ and ‘When the Saints Come Marching In’.
This was such a fun activity and we loved seeing our residents so happy and engaged in the music.
