Guitarist Leo
We were delighted to welcome musician Leo with his guitar to Lukestone on Friday 15 November to entertain our ladies and gents.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed listening to his songs and singing and clapping along. Visiting relatives also joined in the fun too, and it was lovely to share such wonderful live music together.

Balloon tennis
Our residents have also been keeping fit with some lively games of balloon tennis at our Home. Betty concentrated hard on her tennis skills, while laughing and having a giggle. Great fun and great exercise!
Sharing kindness
It was World Kindness Day on Wednesday 13 November, and we enjoyed sharing good wishes at our Home. Our residents were asked what ‘kindness’ meant to them and we wrote their answers on paper hearts.
Our lovely resident Brian said “Kindness means a lot to me. People who care and come to see me are very kind” and enjoyed showing off his kindness heart for a photo.
