We hosted a lovely tea party for our residents here at Lukestone Care Home in our garden on Monday 31 March. The sun was shining bright, and it was a very beautiful day with a nice breeze.
Family members joined us for the afternoon tea and loved tucking into scones with butter and jam, and a nice cup of tea or coffee.
Our lovely resident Patrica was celebrating her 89th birthday on the same day and in the afternoon everyone shared in her birthday celebrations and delicious birthday cake. Patricia’s youngest son came in to visit her with lots of gifts which really made her day.
