On Sunday 14 March our residents celebrated Mother’s Day at Lukestone Care Home.
Loved ones spoiled all the mums at Lukestone with a beautiful array of flowers and gifts and our ladies were delighted to open them all.
We gathered together in the lounge to celebrate the special day. A highlight was listening to personalised virtual massages from loved ones, played during a special Mother’s Day concert performed by The Bel Canto Sopranos, which was such a treat.
Our ladies loved singing along and enjoyed a tea party with a piece of specially made Mother’s Day cake.
