We like to keep active here at Lukestone Care Home and are always on the look out for fun physical activities.
We recently enjoyed some large floor games with our ladies and gents, which included aiming and throwing beanbags into a hoop on the floor. Great for arm strength and hand-eye co-ordination….and great fun too!
