On Friday 19 June our Head Chef Mandy, here at Lukestone Care Home, celebrated her 65th birthday.
Mandy has worked for Nellsar for 16 years and is the longest serving Chef in the company; She has worked at several of the Homes over the years, joining Lukestone in 2016.
Mandy has said she is very happy working for Nellsar and that they are a brilliant company who have treated her very well. She is an amazing woman who is always smiling and laughing with the residents and will always take time to speak with them even when she is busy.
“Mandy is very helpful to me; she is a wonderful woman who mentored me whilst training to become a Chef. Thank you so much Mandy.” Bhim.
Mandy is a ball of energy who is very passionate about her job. She is hard working and dedicated, she is great with our residents and takes her time to get to know them all very well.
“Working with Mandy for five years, we have got to know each other quite well and she has become like family to me.” Sophie.
