Our dear residents at Lukestone Care Home recently enjoyed a wonderful afternoon of flower arranging, surrounded by a wide selection of beautiful, colourful blooms. The activity brought together our residents, families, and team members, who all had fun choosing their favourite flowers and arranging them into lovely displays.
There was plenty of laughter and conversation as everyone worked on their creations, making it a truly social experience. It was a fantastic sensory activity too, that encouraged creativity and provided an wonderfully uplifting experience for everyone taking part.
Some of our residents chose to have their decorated vases placed in their own rooms, so they could continue to enjoy their arrangements each day. Great work everyone!
