Here at Lukestone Care Home we were excited to throw a festive party on Thursday 5 December to switch on our Christmas lights.
The rain didn’t dampen our Christmas spirit and our residents and families enjoyed seeing the lights turned on – a real start to our Christmas festivities!
We welcomed singer Anna to our party and our ladies and gents were soon up dancing and singing along.
We served a delicious buffet for families and friends, who enjoyed homemade sandwiches and cupcakes, marshmallows, minced pies and warming mulled wine.
Our residents loved the atmosphere and sharing our big ‘switch on’ with their loved ones.
