Last month, our lovely Lukestone Care Home residents enjoyed a virtual cruise to South Africa.
Our team decked out our lounge with themed decorations and flags, and crafted a safari jeep and African mask to really get us in the spirit of our African adventure. They also printed lots of information about South Africa which our residents enjoyed reading.
Our ladies and gents had fun listening to South African music and going on a jungle safari. On the last day of our cruise, we enjoyed an African dance in our main lounge, with our team members and residents joining in, having fun and laughing together. We were also treated to some delicious South African food cooked by our lovely Chef Preeti.
What a memorable week packed full of South African fun!
