On Saturday 19th July, our wonderful colleague Sharon hosted another of her much-loved coffee afternoons here at Lukestone Care Home – her fifth successful event to date! As always, we were delighted to welcome a lovely turnout of family members who joined us for a relaxed afternoon of tea, cake, and conversation.
Sharon brought along a delicious selection of cakes to share, and our talented Chef Preeti treated everyone to beautifully made cupcakes, which were a big hit.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with plenty of smiles and positive feedback from everyone who attended. It was a lovely opportunity for our families to connect, unwind, and enjoy each other’s company in the heart of our Home.
Sharon plans to continue hosting these coffee afternoons every six weeks, and we’re so grateful for the care and joy she brings to our team and our Home. Thank you, Sharon, for making these special moments possible.
