Our residents at Lukestone Care Home loved preparing for Easter.
Everyone enjoyed making decorations to bring in spring colours and make our Home beautiful. Our ladies and gents have also been able to make the most of the recent sunshine while eating lunch in the garden.
We also had an unexpected visit from the Easter Bunny who brought smiles to all our residents’ faces and gave out chocolate treats.
Wonderful donations of Easter eggs and beautiful Easter cards from children have brought a lot of happiness to our residents, which has been so touching to see.
Easter Party
A highlight to our celebrations was our Easter Party on Good Friday.
Our residents danced and sang along to music and enjoyed delicious cakes and snacks prepared by our Chef Mandy for the occasion.
Each of our ladies and gents was presented with a card designed by the lovely children from Madginford Primary School. We had a great afternoon full of fun and joy!
