Our Lukestone Care Home residents enjoyed some armchair travel to France on Boxing Day morning. Ooh la la!
With passports and boarding passes to hand, we watched virtual travel videos provided by the Daily Sparkle and other videos from YouTube – all about France, their culture, places to visit and things to do.
We had some fun talking about France and some of our residents said they have been there. It was lovely listening to them and sharing their memories and knowledge about France. It was quite a good and new experience for some of them and they loved it!
